Scouting the Settlers

The Spanish Settlement at Santa Fe

Battle for Sante FeAs you search for Popé, you hear a shout from the Pueblo warriors. They have diverted the water ditch which supplies Santa Fe. They shout of their coming victory. Without water, the Spaniards cannot withstand the siege.

A few days later, the surviving Spanish soldiers leave Santa Fe and flee to Mexico. You would like to learn how Popé has accomplished this military victory. But Popé has been inaccessible, surrounded by his warriors.

You continue to ask to speak to Popé.

You have seen enough. Make your report.
